In response to the demand of many domestic Phe plate heat exchanger manufacturers for advanced corrosion-resistant materials, the stock of Phe corrosion-resistant materials was increased in early 2016. On the basis of traditional s31254, N08904, pure titanium, titanium palladium alloy, pure nickel, Hastelloy C276, C2000, Incoloy825, imported 317L, 310S and other materials, recently, the plate exchange family added the stock of 59 alloy imported from Germany VDM, providing an upgrade option for the harsh corrosive environment.

Alloy n06059 is a nickel chromium molybdenum alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and extremely high mechanical strength. It has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking caused by chloride. It has good corrosion resistance in hydrochloric acid solutions of various concentrations up to 40 ℃ (104 ℉). Certified by NACE (mr-01-75), it meets the highest standard grade VII for sour gas environment.
