Mechanical properties:

Electric heating tube is an electrical component that converts electric energy into heat energy. Because of its convenient use, convenient installation and no pollution, it is widely used in various heating occasions. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, simple installation, long service life and so on. It is widely used in all kinds of water tanks, oil tanks, acid and alkali tanks, fusible metal melting furnaces, air heating furnaces, drying ovens, drying ovens / ovens, ovens and hot stamping molds. The specific forms are hot runner heating ring, heating rod, heating pipe, thermocouple, temperature control box, temperature control accessories, connectors and other industrial accessories.

Corrosion resistance:

840 (s33400) alloy is an austenitic stainless steel containing titanium and aluminum. It contains enough chromium to form and maintain a sufficient scale of chromium oxide, so that it can be protected under high temperature conditions. It is more resistant to high temperature than traditional chromium nickel stainless steel such as 304; The high nickel content makes it have better oxidation resistance than the standard 18-8 type stainless steel, and its oxidation resistance is no inferior to the higher grade alloy with a temperature of 1900 degrees Fahrenheit (1038 degrees Celsius). Therefore, 840 (s33400) alloy is an ideal material for manufacturing electric heating tubes, automotive emission control systems and other high temperature resistant products.

Application fields:

Due to its formability, weldability, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, 840 alloy is a common electric heating pipe material, which is used to manufacture electric heating pipes, heat exchangers, equipment heaters, industrial heating furnaces and other equipment, and is also commonly used in automotive exhaust systems.
