Corrosion resistance:

1.4529 (UNS n08926) has very high pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in halide medium and sour hydrogen environment, and can effectively resist chloride ion stress corrosion. It also has good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing medium, good stability, and mechanical properties slightly better than 904L. It can be used in the manufacture of pressure vessels from -196 to 400 ℃. Typical working condition: 60% sulfuric acid, below 80 ℃, annual corrosion rate <0.1mm
