Corrosion resistance:

Coloy800/800h/800ht have very similar chemical compositions, so they all have good resistance to reduction, oxidation, nitriding medium corrosion and oxidation-reduction alternating medium corrosion, and have high metallurgical stability in high-temperature long-term application. However, due to the different (al+ti) content of the three materials, the application environment of the three materials is different, which is specifically reflected in: various properties of Incoloy 800 will play out under zero, room temperature and high temperature of 600 ℃. Because the content of (al+ti) is not higher than 0.7%, Incoloy 800H has good tensile strength above 600 ℃, and still has good toughness when working for a long time below 700 ℃.

Application fields:

Retort furnace, muffle furnace and heat treatment fixture and basket, vacuum furnace device, chlorination equipment with maximum working temperature of 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, titanium dioxide factory, retort furnace, heater, distiller, bubble cap tower and condenser in fatty acid process, evaporator tube, tube plate and tablet pressing plate in sodium sulfide manufacturing process, rosin acid treatment equipment in pulp manufacturing, etc.

Supporting welding materials:

AWS a5.14 welding wire ernicr-3 or ernicrcomo-1 or AWS a5.11 welding rod enicrfe-3 is recommended for the welding of 800/800h alloy. The welding material size is Φ 2.4、3.2、4.0
